Get timely and accurate temperature readings 24/7, be alerted when temperatures exceed optimal parameters, and respond to incidents immediately to avoid losses. The SafetyCulture (formerly iAuditor) Temperature Monitoring System automatically documents your temperature readings in one place to promote data visibility and make compliance easy.
A temperature monitoring system is a software, program, or process designed to streamline temperature auditing and recording for equipment, sites, assets, and products. A temperature monitoring system is an invaluable tool, especially for businesses that deal with temperature-sensitive products and equipment on a daily basis as it helps them stay compliant with internal and external safety and quality standards.
The SafetyCulture Temperature Monitoring System goes beyond being an automatic temperature reader. It protects the safety and quality of your products and services by ensuring that temperature-sensitive equipment, sites, and assets are kept in optimal temperature and humidity levels. It also serves as a central hub not just for historical temperature data, but also other audits and inspections beyond temperature maintenance. Gain useful and actionable insights from your compiled data with the help of dashboards and data filters so you can easily find the information you need, whenever you need it. Finally, the SafetyCulture Temperature Monitoring System is an efficient and hassle-free tool that can help guarantee your operation’s compliance with internal and external quality and safety standards. Maximize your business’s potential with the help of the SafetyCulture Temperature Monitoring System.

Once you’ve connected your sensors or local weather data to SafetyCulture, you can continuously monitor and maintain your conditions without lifting a finger. Tell us what range conditions need to stay in, and we’ll alert you any time that they go outside this range. From there, you can quickly set up a corrective action within SafetyCulture, assign it to the right person, and keep track of it until it’s closed out. You’ll also have a complete historical log of data, in case you ever need to check that conditions were met during a certain period, or want to track trends in your conditions.
Only if you want them to. As the admin, you can control which sensors get added, what alerts are set up, and who else is able to make these changes.
We’re working hard to support as many types of sensors as possible! We want to make the most of any data that is important to you. If you’ve already got an internet-connected sensor solution installed and you just want to bring the data into SafetyCulture, let’s have a chat. No promises, but we’ll do our best to make it happen.
It depends. If you’ve already got sensors and you just want the data to feed into SafetyCulture, then there’s no added cost! We only charge for any hardware that you buy directly from us, and the ongoing costs associated with running them. See our SafetyCulture sensors page to learn more about the hardware solutions we offer.
We offer market-leading temperature and humidity sensors that will last years and can be set up in minutes without outside help. Your sensors will automatically link to SafetyCulture, giving you a reliable historical data log, automatic alerts when conditions go outside your set ranges, and the ability to create actions off the back of an alert to track issues from open to close.
Connect public data feeds, like local weather, and set your own critical thresholds to alert your team when they need to take action.
Already tracking environmental conditions automatically? Let’s make it meaningful. Whether you’re capturing temperature, humidity, air pressure, air quality, gas concentrations, or even customer feedback with a smiley or sad face, you can use SafetyCulture to record, alert and action your data.
