Use this template to create a cost estimate for any type of project. Start by filling out the general information such as the name, address, and contact details of the contractor and client. Then, write a brief description of the work to be carried out and select the elements that will be included in the breakdown of costs. Next, specify each element, whether materials, labor, and/or others, with their respective quantity, unit price, duration, hourly rate, and amount. Feel free to take and/or attach photos of the items in the list for providing an easier visual reference. Finally, indicate the total estimated cost and validity period of the cost estimation, then confirm the terms and conditions before completing the estimate template with digital signatures from both parties.
