What is the new price for SafetyCulture?

The price for our annual Premium Plan Full seat will be $24 per user/month, billed annually*. This will apply to your plan on your next annual renewal after January 1, 2024.


Any seats you add between now and your renewal after January 1, 2024 will continue to be billed at your current contract rate, prorated until your next renewal. Any seats you add after your next renewal after January 1, 2024 will be billed at the new rate of $24 per user/month*.

If your SafetyCulture contract includes provisions for alternative pricing arrangements or payment in a currency other than AUD or USD, we kindly request that you contact support or your designated Account team for further details on how this change may impact your account.

What’s new in SafetyCulture?

Every year we deliver significant improvements and updates to SafetyCulture. Here’s a quick look at some of the new features we’ve launched:

  • Integrations: Connect your teams’ favorite tools and streamline your daily tasks. Self-serve integrations include SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, Procore, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Site-based access: Advanced access rules allow you to automatically give template and inspection access based on site membership.
  • New languages fully supported: The SafetyCulture mobile and web apps are available in Dutch, English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Training: Mobilize your workforce, with mobile-first training, giving your team the knowledge and confidence they need to be great at their work.

When will my price change?

Your price will change on your next annual renewal date after January 1, 2024. To find out when your renewal date is, please log in to your SafetyCulture account and go to the Billing page.

I just paid for my renewal at my current rate. What happens after the price change date?

Your price will remain the same until your next renewal after January 1, 2024. After that renewal, your price will change, which includes the addition of any new seats.

For example, let’s say your renewal is on October 31, 2023. At that time, you will be billed at a rate of $19 per user/month, billed annually. This pricing will apply for the entire duration until your next renewal on October 31, 2024 and include any additional users you may add. However, starting from your renewal date of October 31, 2024, your price will increase to $24 per user/ month, billed annually for new and existing seats.

What if I add seats before January 1, 2024?

If you choose to add seats before January 1, 2024, the additional seats will be charged at the current rate until your next renewal following January 1, 2024. Similarly, any users added after January 1, 2024, will also be billed at the current rate, prorated until your next renewal.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, SafetyCulture plans are designed to be flexible and cater for your workplace needs. If you wish to switch your Premium plan from annual to monthly, please contact our customer support team or your Account team. If you want to downgrade to the Free Plan, see instructions here.
