This shipping log template can be used by distribution managers to prepare and maintain shipment records and coordinate with employees in various sites and vessels. Use the shipping log template to log multiple shipments and do the following: 1) Specify the shipping log number, order number/s, and tracking number/s, 2) Record the date/s of shipping and the date/s when shipment was received, 3) Document who or where each shipment came from and the recipient's name, 4) Select from five default choices (In Transit, In Location, Near Recipient, Received, Cancelled) when tracking the shipment status, and 5) Add the type of vessel, location, or area after selecting the In Transit, In Location, or Near Recipient status, respectively.
