In addition to inspections, Simon is a fan of the HeadsUp feature for communicating updates and changes his team needs to be aware of through a combination of video and documentation. He encourages the team to use HeadUp’s commenting features to ask questions and acknowledge the messages, improving accountability and engagement in the process. 

Despite all this success, Simon and his team are taking their commitment to health and safety even further. They’re one of the first teams to complete SafetyCulture’s next-level training scheme – SC Certified. Several NRS team members are now SC Certified, helping them to get even more value out of SafetyCulture.
