Use this FTTH build walk off report to capture Phase 1.5 and 2 activities for 4th Utility sites. Record IOLM and second stage testing, splitter installation at distribution points, bulkhead splicing, and power testing to one in eight through splitters using a local generator. Document comms cabinet setup including split trays and patch leads, and verify DP readiness where BT circuits are not in place. Note responsibilities for patching and end to end testing once PIA is complete. Include clear photo evidence of patch leads installed in the comms cabinet and beneath each DP to sign off the build.
