FTTH Build Walk-Off Report - Phase 2 Power Test
by Andy Holland, from the Community
This FTTH Build Walk-Off Report guides Phase 2 power testing for new fiber installations. Capture site details, access requirements, dwelling counts, and comms cabinet information with supporting photos. Record system data including number of distribution points, properties served, and conduct one property test per 8-way splitter. Document property numbers, results, and photos at the point of entry for up to eight tests, noting if further testing is required. Conclude with red line drawings, additional notes, and a formal sign-off to confirm the installation meets the job pack requirements and is ready for handover.
