This FTTH Phase 2 build walk-off report template helps teams document site and access details, job references, and the number of dwellings. Record communications cabinet information, cabinet numbers, and a description of works with supporting photos. Capture system information, DP counts and identifiers, brief explanations of work performed, and photographic evidence for each DP.
