Use this checklist to complete monthly hot and cold water checks for Legionella control at Third Space Soho or similar facilities. Record cold water temperatures after two minutes and hot water temperatures after one minute, confirm mains supply temperature, check storage and return temperatures from hot water systems, inspect cold water tanks and hot water plant condition, review thermostatic mixer valves, and document corrective actions and sign off.

Use this checklist to complete monthly hot and cold water temperature checks as part of Legionella risk control. Record temperatures at nearest and furthest outlets, confirm hot water reaches a minimum of 50°C within one minute and cold water is 20°C or below within two minutes, inspect thermostatic mixer valves (TMVs), note system condition, and sign off. Ideal for facility teams in gyms, offices, and other buildings to maintain water hygiene compliance and accurate records.

Water Temperature Check
Use this monthly water temperature check to monitor hot and cold outlets for Legionella control and compliance. Record maximum hot water temperature after 1 minute (50 C) and cold water after 2 minutes (less than 20 C). Confirm TMV or mixer tap temperatures are within specification, flush low-usage outlets, and inspect valves, pipework, and thermostats. If fitted, flush and drain expansion vessels and vent air. Check for dead legs and perform heater element insulation tests to earth. Capture defects and observations, site details, dates, and signatures to maintain compliant water systems.
