Monthly Hot & Cold Water Checks (Legionella)

Use this checklist to complete monthly hot and cold water temperature checks as part of Legionella risk control. Record temperatures at nearest and furthest outlets, confirm hot water reaches a minimum of 50°C within one minute and cold water is 20°C or below within two minutes, inspect thermostatic mixer valves (TMVs), note system condition, and sign off. Ideal for facility teams in gyms, offices, and other buildings to maintain water hygiene compliance and accurate records.
