Use this e-Fleet checklist to complete daily or weekly vehicle inspections across your fleet. Record vehicle details, odometer, fuel, last and next service dates, and verify roadworthiness. Check brakes, engine and transmission condition, fluid levels, lights and signals, wipers, tires, cleanliness, and body condition. Confirm documentation such as manuals, trip reports, customs paperwork, and certificates. Verify safety items including extinguishers, jack and tools, seat belts, first aid kit, and hazard signage. Log faults, attach photos, and capture driver and manager sign-off.
