Fleet Vehicle Monthly Inspection Checklist

Conduct consistent fleet vehicle safety checks each month with this inspection template. Review vehicle details and odometer, tire tread and pressure, wheels and lugs, lighting and signals, oil and fluid levels, battery, and windshield wipers. Verify cabin safety equipment including seat belts, horn, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and jack. Inspect exterior panels and license plates, and confirm paperwork such as insurance, registration, and vehicle use policy. Capture photos, record defects, and sign off to maintain compliance and roadworthiness.
