This site visit report template helps property and facilities teams inspect residential developments and communal blocks. Document estate area conditions, car parks, drains, rubbish and signage. Review block externals including windows, lighting, roofs, guttering and entrance security. Check internal areas for cleanliness, notice boards, property manager details, fire action notices, décor, flooring, lighting and handrails, and record any damage or personal items in communal spaces. Capture mechanical and electrical observations, confirm portable appliance testing status, and take electricity meter readings. Add other comments and observations to complete a thorough visit record.
