This template supports property managers conducting site visits at residential developments. It covers estate appearance, grounds and car park condition, bin and bike stores, external lighting and signage, and checks for dumped items or abandoned vehicles. Capture estate electricity, water, and gas meter readings by block. Inspect internal communal areas for cleanliness, windows, post boxes, decoration, stair rails and treads, flooring and lighting. Verify fire doors, intumescent strips and seals, closures, and service cupboards including locks and compartmentation. Confirm required signage on notice boards, doors, lifts and cupboards. Review mechanical and electrical systems including aerial and satellite, CCTV, and door entry, and log additional issues.
