Site Visit Report for Residential Estates (ESV)
by Craig Madle, from the Community
Use this ESV site visit report template to document inspections of residential developments and estate features. Cover grounds, car parks, abandoned vehicles, bin stores, external lighting, fences, signage and notices, mechanical and electrical assets such as gates and automatic bollards, fire equipment including dry/wet risers and hydrants, and electricity meter readings by block. Capture defects and issues, confirm test dates, and record follow-ups, then complete with the inspector’s signature.
