Conview Mini-Ex Pre-Use Inspection

This mini excavator pre-use inspection checklist helps operators verify machine readiness and safety before work. It captures site and supervisor details, equipment hours, and key general information such as annual inspection status, fuel level, mirrors, operator’s manual, load chart, fire extinguisher, and cab protection. It guides a full walk‑around to check decals, capacity plate, tracks and undercarriage, cab glass, engine, transmission, belts, air cleaner, radiator, hydraulic and fuel systems, and ROPS, plus seatbelt function. With the engine running, it verifies instrument readings, exhaust condition, lights and wipers, horn and backup alarm, hydraulic controls, brakes, steering, battery and electronics, and attachment condition and locking. Built-in prompts let users log defects, raise service requests, or tag equipment out of service, followed by approval details and signature.
