Use this loader pre start inspection checklist to document daily safety and condition checks on heavy equipment. Verify bucket wear bits and cutting edge, pivot pins and grease points, lift and tilt cylinders, and hydraulic hoses. Review steps and handholds, warning devices, mirrors and glass, cab lights and cab securement. Check tires and wheels, fluid levels including oil, hydraulic and coolant, and look for engine, hydraulic and fuel leaks. Confirm belts and driveline condition. Inside the cab, confirm cleanliness, presence of the owners manual, fire extinguisher, safety decals, and that switches and lights function. Record general equipment condition and capture photos when repairs are required. Designed for oilfield and energy sites and suitable for construction and maintenance teams.
