Use this daily plant inspection checklist to keep wheeled loading shovels safe and job ready. It covers a full walkaround and visual static check, tyres and wheel nuts, access steps and handrails, pivot pins and steering rams, loader arms and wear, hydraulic hoses and rams, bucket or attachment security and condition, glazing, mirrors and lights, cosmetic damage, greasing, and fire suppression. Check engine and hydraulic compartments for oil, fuel, coolant, AdBlue and transmission levels, air filters, radiators and belts, and battery isolator. In cab checks include seat, seatbelt, operator manual, visibility and door. Functional tests cover lights, horn, beacons, reversing camera, bleeper, wipers, hydraulics, steering and brakes, with defects and operator signature captured.
