Use this daily plant inspection checklist to verify the condition and safety of telescopic handlers including JCB Teletruk. Record visual walkaround findings, tyre condition, wheel nuts, steps and handrails, boom pins, hydraulic hoses and rams, attachment security, glazing, mirrors and lights, lubrication, and fire extinguisher. Log engine and hydraulic levels for oil, fuel, coolant, AdBlue, and transmission, plus filters, radiators, and battery isolator. Check cab seat and seatbelt, manual, visibility, and door. Complete functional tests of lights, horn, beacons, reverse camera and bleeper, wipers, hydraulics, steering, and brakes. Decide if the machine is safe to use and sign off.
