This daily plant inspection checklist is designed for telescopic handlers such as the JCB Teletruk. It guides operators through a thorough pre use and functional check including walkaround visual inspection for leaks, damage, tyre condition and wheel nuts, access steps and handrails, boom pins and wear, hydraulic hoses and rams, attachment security and condition, glazing, mirrors and lights, and fire extinguisher. Fluids and compartments are checked for engine, hydraulic, fuel, coolant, AdBlue and transmission levels, filters and radiators. In cab checks cover seat, seatbelt, manual availability, visibility and door security. Functional tests verify lights, horn, beacons, reversing aids, wipers, hydraulics, steering and brakes. Findings, defects and safety status are recorded with operator sign off.
