This daily plant inspection checklist helps operators assess the safety and readiness of a 360 excavator before use. It covers a full walkaround, condition of tracks, steps and handrails, boom, dipper, pins, hydraulic hoses and rams, bucket or attachment condition and security, glazing, mirrors and lights, greasing, and fire suppression. Engine and hydraulic compartment checks include oil, fuel, coolant, Ad Blue, slew ring oil, filters, radiators, belts, and isolator. In cab checks include seat, seatbelt, manual availability, visibility, and door security. Functional tests verify lights, horn, beacons, reversing systems, wipers, hydraulics, steering, and brakes. Space is provided for defects and operator sign off.
