Equipment Pre-Operation Checklist
by Agricultural Monitoring, from the Community
Use this pre-operation checklist to verify machinery is safe and ready before work. It covers a visual walk-around, checks before starting, and checks after starting the engine. Inspect tires and wheels, engine and transmission fluids, belts, air intake, fuel and hydraulic systems, radiator and coolant, lights and wipers, horn and alarms, controls, brakes, steering, and ROPS or cab. Record odometer or hour meter readings, note service intervals, capture photos of defects, and sign off to document completion. Ideal for tractors and agricultural equipment.
