Use this Vehicle Health Check template to guide thorough inspections before and after service. Record owner and vehicle details including VIN, registration, and odometer, plus road test results and exterior and interior condition. Verify lights, wipers and washers, horn, mirrors, seats, seatbelts, and trims. Assess drivetrain components, battery, engine oil, coolant and antifreeze strength, brake fluid, and general engine condition. Measure front and rear brake pad and disc thickness against minimums. Capture tyre tread readings across inner, middle, and outer for each wheel. Review steering, suspension, transmission, clutch, driveline, exhaust, and fuel systems. List required parts and work, then sign off with technician details to standardize fleet maintenance and safety compliance.
