Use this TE Vehicle Checks template to complete a monthly inspection of your car or van. Record make and registration, mileage and service due date, tyre pressures and tread depth for all wheels and spare, and note any damage to windscreen, body panels and wheels. Check fluid levels including oil, radiator and windscreen wash, and capture Ad Blue requirements if applicable. Verify all exterior lights operate correctly, including main beam, indicators, hazards, reversing, side and brake lights. Submit by the 7th of each month per company policy.

This van weekly check audit template helps drivers and fleet managers complete a thorough weekly inspection. Record van registration and mileage, check cab tidiness, and verify exterior cleanliness.
