Use this monthly vehicle inspection template to standardize checks across your fleet. Log car registration, odometer reading, and service due date and kilometers. Inspect ignition key condition, windscreen and wipers, exterior damage, and signs of leaks under the vehicle or in the engine bay. Check oil, washer fluid, coolant, power steering, and transmission fluid levels. Verify tire wear and pressure including the spare, air conditioning, all lights and indicators, and mirror condition and alignment. Confirm first aid kit contents, fire extinguisher validity, required PPE such as safety glasses and face masks, and the jack and wheel spanner. Note additional issues and capture a signature.
