Proquip Light Vehicle Inspection Weekly Checklist
by West Australia Service, from the Community
This weekly light vehicle inspection checklist helps teams quickly assess the roadworthiness of fleet vehicles. It covers registration and odometer capture, fluid levels for engine, coolant, power steering, and washer, leaks, tire condition and pressure including the spare, wipers and washers, mirrors, heater and air conditioning, and all lights. It also prompts checks of safety equipment such as a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, wheel chocks, warning signs, jack, and wheel spanner. Users can mark items at risk, add comments and photos, and sign off to document findings and corrective actions.
