Use this weekly vehicle checks template to inspect company cars, vans, or trucks and keep drivers safe on the road. Review oil and coolant levels, brake fluid, mirrors, lights, indicators, horn, windscreen and wipers, vehicle cleanliness, and body condition. Confirm safety equipment like first aid kit, hi viz jacket, safety footwear, phone, hearing and eye protection, helmet, gloves, and mask are present. Record tyre pressures, tread depth, and tyre condition for each wheel, and capture notes and photos for issues found.
