This car inspection checklist helps you assess a vehicle’s condition before and after use. Record car make and model, registration and mileage, and note who prepared and conducted the check. Capture previously reported and new external damages with photos. Verify tyre condition, tread and pressures, and confirm the presence of a spare wheel. Check for windscreen damage and confirm oil levels are acceptable with supporting photos. Rate external and internal cleanliness and attach media as needed. Conclude with name and signature to maintain accountability and support roadworthy, safe operation of the vehicle.
