Van Weekly Check Audit
This van weekly check audit template helps drivers and fleet managers complete a thorough weekly inspection. Record van registration and mileage, check cab tidiness, and verify exterior cleanliness. Inspect lights and indicators, including headlights, brake and reversing lights, and note required bulbs. Check critical fluid levels such as AdBlue, engine oil, brake fluid, coolant, washer fluid, and power steering fluid, with guidance to top up as needed.
