Snowcab Weekly Vehicle Maintenance Checklist

This weekly vehicle maintenance checklist helps Snowcab drivers and fleet operators perform consistent pre-journey checks. Review fuel, windscreen wash, oil, brake fluid, coolant, AdBlue, tyres and pressure, lights, brakes, and bodywork. Confirm interior safety features such as seatbelts and note any new damage with photos. Verify safety equipment including warning triangle, high-visibility jacket, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, spare bulbs and fuses, torch, tools, scraper, snow shovel, tyre repair, snowchains, and cleaning kit. Ensure required documents and items are present and valid, such as carriage documents, mission book, mileage log, Telepass devices, and fuel card. Replace or restock items from the driver’s garage or office and report issues to the transport manager. Encourages efficient, eco-conscious driving and ongoing compliance.
