Maximus Repairs and Service Checklist

Use the Maximus template to document vehicle inspections, repairs, and service for fleet units. Capture key details such as unit number, make, model, year, VIN, mileage, registration, and inspection date. Record safety equipment status, leaks and locations, and whether service is required. Check components including windshield and mirrors, tires, oil level and pressure, transmission fluid, radiator water level, brake fluid, belts and hoses, and lighting such as headlights, taillights, turn indicators, and clearance markers. Assess HVAC, steering, exhaust, and note any other issues. Include preparer and inspector names with signature to confirm service readiness and maintain a reliable audit trail for ongoing fleet maintenance.
