Train Cleanliness Inspection Checklist

by Bishnu Poudel, from the Community

Downloads: 0

This train cleanliness inspection checklist helps rail and public transport teams assess interior and exterior conditions. Review documentation (MP&I, COSHH/SDS, toolbox talks, tags, and records) and verify staff appearance, PPE, and personal hygiene. Inspect ceilings, AC vents, lighting covers, displays and signage, walls and vertical surfaces, windows, passenger doors, handrails and emergency handles, seating, hard floors, and pest treatment. Evaluate exterior finishes including walls, windows, glass, roofs, and other surfaces. Record inspection details such as line, train number, location, inspector name, date and time, apply scoring thresholds (e.g., 75% acceptable), and capture signatures.
