This FTTH build walk-off report template helps teams document fibre-to-the-home network handover for G Network projects. Capture site information, access requirements, BFP (Building Fibre Demarcation Point) details, number and status of DPs, and a brief summary of works completed. Log IOLM test results for all flat fibres and perform a live power test on one property per splitter as per the job pack. Attach photographs of the BFP, DPs, and red line drawings, add notes, and complete a formal sign-off to confirm installation quality and completion.
