This Enable scoping form supports fibre broadband installation planning and approvals. It guides technicians through site details, RSP selection, work types (fenceline, trenching, slot cutting, thrusting), traffic management, skills and equipment needs, and remedial notes. It captures customer and job information, internal network locations, preferred ONT and RGW placement, route descriptions, and health, safety, and environmental considerations. The form includes outside and inside property consent, acknowledgement of third-party services over fibre, medical and fire alarm requirements, and acceptance of Enable Networks end user terms, ensuring a complete pre-install record.
