Structured form for planning fiber broadband connections for Enable Networks installations. Captures work order and job numbers, address and install date, planner and contact details, site access and consents, right of way and multi dwelling unit status, boundary drop and surface types, traffic management, inside boundary build requirements such as trenching, slot trench, thrusting, hard trench and cobblestone, ducts and draw wire, tube at external termination point, distances and connection to boundary. Covers internal installation types including back to back, ceiling, underfloor, external clipping, internal clipping and capping, with photo evidence and detailed installation notes.
