Enable Connect Plan Version 6 is a fiber installation planning and consent template used to scope work at the customer premises. Capture work order and job references, site address, install date, and contact details. Assess property type such as right of way or multi dwelling unit, boundary drop and surface types, and include photos and netmap screenshots. Plan build activities inside and outside the boundary, including trenching, thrusting, ducting, and ETP placement, and specify installation method such as back to back, ceiling, underfloor or external clipping. Record health and safety considerations, traffic management, and elevation risks. Collect outside and inside property consents and obtain signatures confirming acceptance of end user terms.
