This weekly checklist guides facilities teams through tap temperature testing to reduce Legionella risk. Log hot and cold sentinel outlet temperatures, confirm hot water cylinder is at least 60 C and return at least 50 C, and verify outlets reach greater than 50 C (hot) within 1 minute and less than 20 C (cold) within 2 minutes. Use results to demonstrate compliance and trigger corrective actions.
