Sections include keys; critical systems (breaker box, HVAC, water heater); exterior and roof; entry; living areas (living room, den, dining); kitchen (cabinets and drawers, countertops, dishwasher, range and hood, refrigerator, sink and plumbing); laundry room (cabinetry and shelving, washing machine, dryer); halls and stairs; multiple bathrooms; up to five bedrooms; miscellaneous room; and garage (flooring, door, remotes). Finish with final checks to ensure lights and appliances are off, HVAC is set appropriately, and all exterior doors are secured.
