Inspect boilers, heat exchangers, hot and chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, cooling towers, domestic cold and hot water, DHW recirculating pumps, and HVAC set points and temperatures. Check elevator control rooms, IT and AV rooms, generator and ATS rooms, fire pump and panel status, and main electrical rooms. Capture readings for supply and return temperatures, PSI, and room conditions, and log issues found on each floor and in the mechanical room. This building rounds template helps facilities teams document critical HVAC and plant operations across Bailey 550. Record chiller performance for units 1 and 2 including water temperatures, refrigerant pressures, compressor currents and voltages, and run time. Capture pump and condenser water statuses, suction and discharge pressures, and chilled water pump data. Log cooling tower conductivity, chemical feed settings, and post-bleed results. Enter garage electrical, makeup water, and blowdown meter readings. Check elevator machine room temperature and water source heat pump room pressures, plus strainer condition and cleaning.
