CBH Building Rounds Checklist

This CBH Building Rounds checklist guides facility operators through routine inspections of critical building systems. Sections cover boiler rooms, lab air compressors and dryer, heating hot water pumps, vacuum pumps, chilled water make-up, domestic water pumps, and Aerco domestic hot water. The chiller room includes TRANE and SMARDT units with prompts for alarms, resets, operating status, pressures, temperatures, and contacting a foreman when needed. Additional rounds include RO and DI water systems, rooftop exhaust fans, air handling units, and heat recovery equipment. Operators are reminded to wear safety gear, document leaks, record meter readings, check HOA switches, verify setpoints, and log statuses to ensure safe, reliable building operations.
