Bailey 550 Building Rounds

This building rounds template helps facilities teams document critical HVAC and plant operations across Bailey 550. Record chiller performance for units 1 and 2 including water temperatures, refrigerant pressures, compressor currents and voltages, and run time. Capture pump and condenser water statuses, suction and discharge pressures, and chilled water pump data. Log cooling tower conductivity, chemical feed settings, and post-bleed results.
