Use this equipment inspection report to document pre-use and post-application checks on heavy equipment. Record make and model, hours, and overall condition, then verify electronics, controls, gauges, emergency shut down, alarms, wiring, solenoids, and electric motors. Complete walk around checks for leaks, structural damage, tanks and filters, fire extinguisher, ladders and rails, decals, and missing covers. Assess hydraulics, lines and cylinders, plate condition, fluid levels, and grease points. Add photos of deficiencies and capture signatures from the inspector and the manager.
