Conduct a structured 5S quality audit for the Drier 1 process area from Level 5 to ground. This checklist guides assessments of hoses and drain covers, water or condensate, foreign material risks, tool condition and storage, building integrity, pest control, cleaning tools, general cleanliness, handwashing facilities, doors, HVAC and evaporator decks, sifters, chemical storage, MSDS, PPE, and airlock or workshop housekeeping.
