Tana Shredder Daily Plant Inspection Checklist
by jon Hillyard, from the Community
Perform a thorough daily pre-start inspection of your Tana industrial shredder using this checklist. Record machine identification and hours, conduct a 360° walkaround for leaks, damage, tracks and access steps, and verify attachment condition, glazing, mirrors, and lights. Check engine and hydraulic compartments, including oil, fuel, coolant, AdBlue, slew ring, filters, belts, and isolator. Confirm in-cab safety and controls, seat and seatbelt, operator manual, and visibility. Complete functional tests for lights, horn, beacons, wipers, hydraulics, steering, and brakes, then note defects or comments to keep equipment safe and compliant.
