Use this comprehensive operations assessment to audit quick service restaurant performance end to end. Evaluate switchboard greetings, order clarity, and guest thank-yous; carhop and drive-thru service, order accuracy, and courtesy checkbacks. Review product quality for an entree, side, and drink; verify temperature logs and corrective actions. Confirm cooking standards for roller grill items and burgers, hot-holding and condiment temperatures, fryer filtering and skimming, and proper assembly. Inspect grill procedures, egg prep, timer use, produce quality, and walk-in freezer and cooler condition. Check FOH readiness, ice cream cabinet temps, tea holding times, stocking, and courtesy tray.
