This cafe operations checklist supports daily quality and cleanliness across the venue. Record water TDS for espresso, tank filter, tap, and drip/V60. Capture coffee profiles for origins such as Banko Gotiti, Colombia, Mexico, Rwanda, Costa Rica, and GUJI, covering acidity, body, sweetness, bitterness, and aftertaste for espresso, flat white, and drip. Verify equipment condition for espresso machines and grinders, PUQ tamper, V60/drip setup, Mahlkonig grinder, and FETCO brewer, plus signature drink dispensers. Inspect store cleanliness in bar areas (order taking, receiving, preparation, under-machine, displays), kitchen (prep, sauce dispensers, sink, floors), outside seating, doors and windows, and bathrooms (toilet, sink, bins, soap, tissue). Check milk pitchers, drippers, and servers by size. Confirm staff standards including facemasks, gloves, uniform, and attentiveness, with fields for branch, date, and preparer.
