Deze GMP checklist ondersteunt teams bij het verpakken in High Care en Normal Care ompakruimtes. De inhoud bestrijkt technische staat van wanden, vloeren en plafonds, machineveiligheid en noodstops, opslag van gevaarlijke stoffen, persoonlijk gebruik van PBM en toegankelijke vluchtwegen. Verder worden persoonlijke en algemene hygiene, schoonmaakmaterialen en -middelen, afvallogistiek en orde en netheid gecontroleerd. Specifieke GMP regels dekken allergenenbeheer, afdekking en opslag van grondstoffen en verpakkingen, verbod op nietjes en het gescheiden opslaan. Ook ongediertepreventie en de beheersing van CCP en OPRP zoals restzuurstoftesten en metaaldetectie zijn opgenomen.
