Assess guest greeting, personalization, eye contact, uniform and hygiene, escorting and setup, proactive water within five minutes, refreshment passes in warm conditions, and drinks delivered within 10 minutes. Review towel issuance and storage, sun protection and shade, deck organization, cleanliness and hygiene, restroom availability and upkeep, and menu variety including healthy and dietary options. Verify presentation, food quality, order accuracy, billing, timely service, and sustainability practices such as reducing single-use plastic.
