This checklist guides quarterly inspections of air handling unit (AHU) ventilation plants in healthcare facilities. It covers general access and safety, running checks, duct and damper condition, filter fitting and differential pressure readings (pre, secondary, and extract), energy recovery systems, condensate drains and traps, humidifier operation, belt alignment and tension, coil and matrix cleanliness, drip tray condition and drainage, labeling and lagging, and internal hygiene.
