This annual inspection checklist supports hospitals in assessing critical ventilation systems including air handling units and plant room equipment. It covers security and safe access, intake location, lighting, motorised dampers, energy recovery, condensate drainage, humidifier operation, filter changes, test ports, duct labelling and lagging, differential pressures, belt alignment, coil and tray cleanliness, drainage and ponding checks, internal cleanliness and start up tests. It also verifies compliance with HTM 03-01 guidance and maintenance quality to keep systems safe and reliable.
